Start by completing 5 burpees/cals  in one minute then rest for the remainder of the minute.
The next minute you will  complete 6 burpees/cals and rest the remainder of the minute. Etc…
Once you can not complete the number of burpees/cals in a minute you will take a 2 minute rest
then move on to the next movement.
