One pair does movements while other pair Runs/Rows or Bikes continuously
75 Deadlifts
50 Pull-ups
25 Hang Cleans
50 Pushups
75 Overhead Squats
50 Burpees
25 Shoulder to Overhead

Team A completes the exercises, then Team B completes the exercises.
The bar can not touch the ground once the Deadlifts are complete or the Team runs 100m.
